Impossible home theatre

The clients brief to us was to simply supply and fit a new flat panel for his lounge. Home theatre hadn’t been considered by the client as he thought it not feasible due to there being no space for speakers and cabling would be a challenge for an existing home. A solution was agreed upon. The main wall was chased dustless and conduits fitted to carry speaker, video and control cables. White Boston Bravo speakers were fitted below ceiling in corners, a black Bravo for centre channel work, in ceiling speakers for rears, and a sub woofer corner placed. Equipment was housed in the existing antique cabinet with remote control provided by a discrete IR repeating system. Not only does the client now have a high quality screen but also the all important matching audio.
